Pan Mixer :
Pan mixer drive comprises of a multi stage heavy-duty planetary gearbox with pan mounted single main drive motor with thermostat overload protection. Ni hard tiles are supplied to protect mixer floor and walls. The mixing and cleaning arms are made out of special graded material. The discharge of concrete from mixer is controlled hydraulically by cylinder. The technically advanced hydraulic discharge system provides smooth operation and a fast clean discharge for reduced mix cycle time.
PLANETARY MIXER :
The planetary (or countercurrent) design has one or two mixing stars that rotate themselves while also rotating around a central number of revolutions. This powerful mixing action is both fast point, allowing each arm to cover the whole mixer floor in a and thorough, results in a mixing time, after water is added, of 30 seconds or less for most types of concrete. The result is greater throughput, providing more concrete per hour for the same size plant, as well as better consistency and greater strength or, on the other hand, a saving on cement. Sarcoma’s planetary design is superior to turbine and twin-shaft designs for production of all types of dry-cast concrete. The reason for this is its intense mixing action, which breaks up zero-slump mix quickly.
TWIN-SHAFT MIXER :
Latest and advanced technology to meet the requirements of ready-mix and precast concrete industries where a large volume of high quality concrete is produced. It produces homogenous mix with lesser time thus the output of the batching plant is increased. The mixer, with counter rotating shafts, delivers fast mixing action and rapid discharge and handles mix designs with coarse aggregates pebble up to 80mm/gravels up to 60mm in size.
